Baker's choice — country sourdough or that week's focaccia, whatever is best from the oven. Vegan shares get the same rotation, baked with dedicated tools. I post the week's loaf on Instagram by Thursday.
Yes — 3 skips per season. Text me by Thursday 8pm and your loaf rolls to a bonus week past the season's end, so you never lose a loaf. No refunds, no math.
If I ever have to miss a market — illness, vendor rotation — you never lose a loaf you paid for. Your season simply extends a week at no cost, or you can double up and take that week's bread alongside a later pickup. Your call, right from your account.
